What will happen at my first visit to a dentist?

My face is swollen. What should I do?

Facial swelling can indicate infection or inflammation. Apply a cold compress to the affected area and seek immediate dental attention. Antibiotics may be necessary. It would be best to schedule an emergency appointment before your condition worsens.

Is there an age limit to straightening teeth?

Teeth can be straightened at any age.  Orthodontic treatments for adults are increasingly common. Let’s discuss your options together.

Dental appointments make me nervous and anxious. Can you provide additional assistance?

Feeling anxious is common, and we have various strategies to put you at ease. Please share your concerns with us, and we’ll find the right approach to give you additional comfort.

Can I spread the cost of my treatments?

Yes you can, we have partners that can assist you with this. You may choose to sign up with Denplan for dental insurance to cover your expenses for a year or simply spread the cost of certain treatments with a finance plan with Conister Bank. Reach out to your preferred practice for further information.

As a dentist, can I refer a patient for treatment?

Yes, you can. We will need you to provide us your patient’s information and treatment requirements by using our Dentist’s Referral Form. As soon as we have received this form, we will reach out to your patient to let them know of this arrangement.
